Jason is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the finance and accounting team. Jason brings with him a strong audit and continuous improvement background with a focus on creating efficiencies throughout the company. Additionally, Jason is responsible for working on acquisitions and reports the financial performance of the company to the board of directors.

Vice President of Client Relationships
Jennifer is responsible for Client Relationships and Account Management. Her primary focus is providing stellar customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Prior to joining CredentialCheck, Jennifer worked for 17 years as an Operations Manager at Human Capital Staffing. Throughout her tenure at HCS, Jennifer increased her skills in recruiting, sales, account management, customer service and operations.
Kalynn Valenti
Vice President of Information Technology
With over 3 decades of Information Technology experience. Kalynn’s primary responsibilities include leadership and the management of CredentialCheck’s infrastructure and supporting technology functions corporate wide. This includes the planning of new technical solutions along with implementing IT policies and procedures that uphold to industry standards.
Roni Pittiglio, SHRM-SCP
Vice President of Human Resources
Roni is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, recordkeeping, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Roni also oversees Administrative Services. Her primary focus is driving change initiatives that improve the overall efficiency of the company and enhance team member engagement.

Jason’s primary focus is on client satisfaction, client retention and developing strong business relationships with his clients. Jason has over a decade of experience and success in building relationships with customers, marketing, and direct sales.

Kate has worked in various departments within the organization, with a primary focus in building and cultivating excellent client relationships. With over a decade of customer service experience, Kate excels in clear communication among clients and her team.
Cassandra Strunk
Director of Operations
Cassandra and her team are responsible to ensure background checks are reported with compliance to all local, state, regional and federal laws, as well as EEOC regulations and guidance. Her pre-employment experience includes roles in Verifications, Processing and Client Relationships.

With her strong leadership skills and knowledge across many departments here at CredentialCheck, Jessica continues to provide exceptional customer service while prioritizing team collaboration. Prior to working at CredentialCheck, Jessica worked at a staffing agency in the background screening department.

Jennifer creates and implements fully compliant, repeatable processes that are scalable, and to ensure CredentialCheck maintains 100% Client Satisfaction. She is responsible for implementing multiple programs throughout the organization and leads our training initiatives across the board.

Shena’s primary focus is to manage projects that improve processes, create efficiencies, and align systems allowing CredentialCheck to provide the highest level of service possible. Shena is dedicated to exceeding clients’ expectations as she continues to build business relationships and provide compliant services that assist clients in making informed hiring decisions.

Prior to joining the CredentialCheck team in 2024, she worked as an Account Executive where she built lasting relationships by helping her partners problem solve and grow their businesses. Raven has a customer-focused approach and a dedication to deliver excellent service and solutions that align with our partners needs.

Melissa joined CredentialCheck as Business Manager in 2022 with close to 10 years’ experience in operations. Melissa received an MBA from Baker College and applies her knowledge of business, in depth sales strategies and exceptional leadership skills to oversee the Business Development Team.

Artisha is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency by leading our in-house Verifications team. Artisha joined the CredentialCheck team in 2013 as a Verifications Specialist where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which has lead her to her current role as team lead for the Verifications Department.

Since joining CredentialCheck in 2015, Emma has held various titles that have culminated into her current role of Implementations Senior. Her years of experience and expertise are focused on account implementation, client training, and ensuring that our clients receive quality support from the very beginning of our partnership.

Jessica has been on the compliance team since joining CredentialCheck in 2017. She is passionate about accuracy and the overall positive impact her team has on quality. Born and raised in Metro-Detroit. Jessica enjoys maintaining and creating new traditions, and when she is not collaborating with her team, spending as much quality time with family, and her two children.

Tina is responsible for the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting team, as well as the financial reporting. She comes from a long employment history in accounting and business management and brought with her more than 25 years of accumulative accounting knowledge. Tina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Accounting, and CPA License.
