Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for proactive account management on all assigned accounts. The main responsibilities of this position are client satisfaction, client retention, account infiltration, and client revenue generation.  The Client Relationship Manager must be able to analyze complex data, think strategically about the profession and services, and possess strong interpersonal and deal-making skills. This exceptional individual will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and an excellent communicator who can represent the company with outstanding professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively and regularly meet with assigned accounts via phone, video conference and in person per the client’s preference.

Develop additional revenue from accounts through the introduction of new services and solutions, providing services to additional departments and/or locations to your assigned accounts.
	
Implementation of new accounts including all required documentation to setup new account as well as a final evaluation by the client including a ranking of the implementation. 

Ability to determine account action items and produce those in a timely fashion that meets or exceeds the clients communicated expectations. 

Ability to travel as required and attend various approved networking opportunities, conferences, and tradeshows.  Travel expect to be up to 50% with 30% local and 20% overnight.

Obtain testimonials/references from assigned accounts per request by internal leadership. 

Update and maintain accounts in CRM and track 100% of account management communication.

Continuing personal self-development through training and education.

Qualifications:

Requires 1+ years of prior account management experience.
Willingness and ability to travel – approx. 30% local and 20% overnight.
Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and SharePoint.
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments according to deadlines and budgetary limits.
Solutions oriented mentality.  
Adaptability to continuous change. 
Ability to prioritize and/or complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
“Will do” attitude and unquestioned character and loyalty.
Team participation skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Ability to cooperate and deal with supervisors, clients and Credential Check employees.
