CHALLENGES

This non-profit organization was looking to find a solution to running their monthly background checks for multiple different volunteer efforts throughout the year. While the services themselves were not complex, this organization needed to streamline the background check initiation process and put hours back into their employee's day.

Solution

CredentialCheck implemented a batch upload feature that took the lengthy manual process for the client and turned it into an easy-to-use, one-step process.

RESULTS

By utilizing batch uploads, manual touch points were eliminated and the client was able to easily upload multiple batches on several volunteers at one time. Batch uploads created a more efficient and timely process, fewer data entry errors, and quicker turnaround times which resulted in volunteers being placed onsite quicker and business objectives being met.
