DOT Physical Examination

An examination for physical wellness performed by a certified professional and regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation.

 

 

Drug Testing Random Administration

Oral Swab / Fluid Testing

A method of drug testing that involves collecting a sample of saliva from a person’s mouth to detect the presence of drugs or their metabolites. Lab-based or instant tests available.

Screening method used to detect and identify a historical look back at the presence of illegal drugs.

Pulmonary Function Test

A noninvasive test that shows how well the lungs are working. The test measures lung volume, capacity, rates of flow, and gas exchange, such as a Spirometry Test.

 

 

Lift Test

A test to measure factors such as strength, endurance, flexibility, and proper lifting techniques. Tests available for 50 and 75 pounds.  

 

 

Vaccines
The administration of a vaccine to help the immune system develop protection from a disease. such as Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, MMR Booster, Tdap, and Varicella.

 

 

Titers

A laboratory test to measure the presence and amount of antibodies in blood to determine immunity from a disease. Available for Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, MMR, and Varicella. 

 

 

Tuberculosis (TB) Test

Tests to determine if an individual has been infected with TB bacteria, such as TB blood test (T-Spot) and TB 2-step test.

Chest X-rays

A chest radiograph, commonly called a chest X-ray (CXR), is a projection radiograph of the chest used to diagnose conditions affecting the chest, its contents, and nearby structures. This is a commonly ordered X-ray used to clear a person with a positive PPD/TB skin test.

 

 

Vision Screening

Screening options available; Titmus Vision Screener, Ishihara Color Test, Snellen Vision Test and Jaeger’s Vision Test.

 

 

Audiogram

Audiograms show the range of frequencies across the x-axis and the loudness of the sound, in decibels, along the y-axis. This shows how well someone can hear sounds in terms of frequency (high-pitched sounds versus low-pitched sounds) and intensity, or loudness.

 

 

Alcohol Testing

A test that measures the level of alcohol in a subject’s body through oral breath measurement, blood, saliva, or urine, such as, Instant oral swab test, Blood alcohol test, Breath alcohol test and Urinalysis drug screening.

 

 

FMCSA Clearinghouse

A pre-employment annual query is conducted through the FMCSA Clearinghouse. A secure online database that provides real-time information including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs), and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders’ drug and alcohol program violations. Clients must designate CredentialCheck as their C/TPA (Consortium/Third Party Administrator) to run queries on their behalf.
