A utility company hires subcontractors to perform onsite work for their multiple locations. Each subcontractor must undergo a background check to be granted onsite access. The utility company would like to set up a contractor-specific package and only receive the background check notification once it’s completed.

CredentialCheck customized a sub-account with a specialized credentialing matrix that aligned with the utility company’s service requirements. In addition, each subcontractor company’s account was set up with the appropriate contractor-specific background check package. Once the background check is completed, CredentialCheck’s system shares the pass/fail notification with the utility company.
