RESULTS
By utilizing batch uploads, manual touch points were eliminated and the client was able to easily upload multiple batches on several volunteers at one time. Batch uploads created a more efficient and timely process, fewer data entry errors, and quicker turnaround times which resulted in volunteers being placed onsite quicker and business objectives being met.
