A large staffing agency required access to their applicants’ Occupational Health test results outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends. Most of the client’s applicants complete their drug tests outside of regular business hours and the client needed to view the posted results immediately.

To address this issue and improve service delivery, CredentialCheck collaborated with a specialized third-party administrator (TPA) that provides after-hours and weekend support for drug testing results. The TPA updated the drug testing results in real time and provided access for the client to review the completed test results outside of regular business hours.
