### CHALLENGES

A large fast-food company with multiple locations had applicants who were finding it difficult to complete the background check process. Some applicants did not have access to a computer in their home, posing a challenge for them to initiate their background checks and complete the onboarding process.

### Solution

CredentialCheck provided the company with a landing page hyperlink. The landing page could be accessed either on a computer, within the physical restaurant location, or directly from the company’s website. This dual accessibility provided additional options for the applicant who might not have access to a computer in their home.

## RESULTS

The addition of a landing page hyperlink greatly increased the restaurant’s applicant pool by improving the accessibility and convenience for their applicants. This more efficient and user-friendly applicant process enhanced the onboarding experience, led to better hires, and provided restaurant management with more time to focus on other aspects of the business.
